Service Description

Formavide is a browser-based media tool. All processing runs locally in your browser — your files are never uploaded to any server.

Acceptable Use

• You may use Formavide for personal or commercial purposes.
• You are responsible for ensuring you have the right to convert any content you process.
• You may not use Formavide for any illegal activities, including but not limited to copyright infringement.
• You may not attempt to bypass DRM (Digital Rights Management) protections.
• You may not use automated tools to scrape, overload, or attack the service.

Payments & Refunds

• Pro has two tiers, both one-time payments with no subscription and no auto-renewal: a Quarterly Pass ($9.99, valid for 90 days from purchase) and Lifetime ($39.99, web version, valid forever).
• The license is tied to your account and covers the browser (web) version. If a desktop app is released in the future, it will be a separate product with its own pricing — existing Lifetime licenses keep full web access including all future web features.
• You may request a full refund within 30 days of purchase from your Orders page — no reason required. The license is revoked once the refund is processed.

Copyright & Intellectual Property

Formavide is a tool only. You are solely responsible for respecting copyright laws and intellectual property rights. We do not condone unauthorized conversion of copyrighted material.

Limitation of Liability

Formavide is provided "as is" without warranty. We are not liable for any damages arising from the use of our service. Processing quality depends on your browser and device capabilities.

Changes to Terms

We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
